THEO COCONUT 70% DARK CHOCOLATE BAR

I thought that it would be most appropriate to incorporate the Organic Chocolates Blog alongside the High-End Blog as these organic bars are not entirely budget-friendly. They will empty your pockets a bit as organic bars are usually unaffordable if purchased regularly. Per bar cost is anywhere from $4.00 - $6.00. It does add up very quickly. Anyhow, let's move on to the review. I like the fact that the Theo bars are fair trade and Non-Gmo verified. It puts my mind at peace knowing that I am not only helping impoverished families somewhere around the world, but also consuming something without artificial ingredients. Yeahhh. This bar is quite nice, very subtle and super healthy. The 70% dark chocolate is a powerful source of antioxidants. It also helps to lower blood pressure and increase blood flow throughout the human body. I would raise my glass of hot chocolate and toast to that. The shredded coconut is not overwhelming the chocolate and vice versa. I appreciate the simplicity of this bar. It does have a nice and slow melting action but that is not a disadvantage in this case. Once the chocolate has faded in your palate, the coconut peers through for a bit of left-over chewing. Very nice. The 70% dark chocolate is a bit bitter but that is expected as there is no artificial sweetener of any sort, just a small amount of some good old-fashioned sugar. I feel healthier already. This is a great option for anyone who is looking to satisfy their sweet tooth without the associated guilt trip.
