Good Day Benevolent and Humble People,
Day 6, oh yeahhhhhhhhh. I am getting super excited for Christmas, it is just around the corner, okay, maybe not. Nineteen days to be exact. Regardless, I feel the Santa and Elves, the chimney keeping the house warm, the gingerbread cookies, the eggnog, the reindeers, the ciders, the firewood, the fruitcake, the poinsettia, the presents, the ribbons, the sleigh bells, the tinsel, the traditions, and last but not least, the North Pole. Let’s also not forget getting together with family, which is always so wonderful however, please pass it up this year. I realize that Zoom or Skype is not sufficient, but it will have to do. Try the Lindt or Ferrero Rocher Advent Calendars. They are harder to be disappointed by. anks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience of mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
