For all of you Java lovers out there, this post is for you. Cocoa butter, chocolate, and coffee, all fused together to form the middle element of the bon bon, surrounded of course, by the famous Lindt chocolate. I would have expected the coffee to overpower all of the other ingredients since it is the "star of the act". I was though, pleasantly surprised. Once you have submerged the truffle in your mouth, the chocolate is the first ingredient that you can taste followed by a bit of a jolt from the mid-elements which of course, hauls the coffee. That coffee aftertaste eventually subsides as you continue to allow the chocolate to melt in your mouth. The truffle dissolves and disappears quickly as it is very smooth, and what you are left with is synchronously tart and sweet. Now all you need is coffee, coffee truffles, and a great book. You can never overdo the amount of Brews. "Expresso Yourself!"
