I happen to first stumble upon the Kayer all natural chocolate bars about six months ago, when I was just browsing around, in a cute little grocery store that specialized in all sorts of imported products. I have never seen or heard anything about this company prior to. All of their products are organic, gluten-free, and low on the glycemic index (35), meaning that individuals who suffer from diabetes can indulge. Oh yes, it is safe. Okay, do not go out and eat a whole box now, just take it easy, real easy, just relax, and breathe. Yes, this product is a 35 on the glycemic index, double extra points for that. I immediately decided to purchase a few of these chocolate bars at that time, and was pleasantly surprised as to how delicious they all are. This particular one is absolutely is delightful. To top it off, the ingredient list is amazing, everything is natural, horrayyyy. Review time…The orange truffle bar is lovely, light in consistency, and makes you feel very cheerful for some odd reason. The melting is superb, smooth, and creamy. The orange flavour is subtle, and yet just right, as it does not overpower the quality of cacao, and leaves just a trace of the flavour lingering behind. The aftertaste is satisfying and superlative, a bit of bitterness but just enough that it is tolerable, incorporated with a touch of sweetness to balance it all out. The flavour is sophisticated, good enough to share with friends in a little Italian piazza, perhaps while drinking a hot macchiato. The Kayer Dark Chocolate Orange Truffle Bar will not disappoint. Go ahead, and guiltlessly spoil your little taste buds.

My name is Soriah and I am an enormous lover of fine chocolates. I enjoy strolling through charming towns and by chance, finding a little, delightful chocolate gem hidden in the corner, offering bon bons that are ready to be just devoured.
