CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WINNER OF THE CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY: NAUDIA NOUROZIRead Now
This chocolate looks really cute from the outside, with the snowman adorably dressed, bright blue colors which compliment the darker, and a great cup of hot latte, exactly what is needed in the winter months. I was so excited to try this chocolate since naturally, a person assumes that it will taste as good as it looks. Not so fast!!! Hold it right there!!! The Vanilla Chai Latte chocolate bar by Ritter Sport is actually not only scrumptious in some way, but incredibly sugary with the addition of just some spices incorporated into the chocolate. This combination does not work even remotely, let alone to portray it in a such a positive way. Well, you know what they say, 90% is marketing, and 10% is the actual goodness of the product. This bar is all wrong in terms of taste, there is black tea extract and Bourbon vanilla flavour in the chocolate which is the most prominent taste, so overbearing. The primary ingredient on the list is sugar. When you just think about mixing these three ingredients together, my taste buds want to run fast, and far away. Double “Yuck.” How could Ritter go so wrong with this? I am usually fond of their products but this must have been a bad egg within a dozen, sort of speak. The aftertaste is completely unbearable, overly intoxicated with sugar once again, and bitterness, which derives from the black tea extract. Oh boy, what else can I say. I seriously must stop writing now as I do want to retain the respect of Ritter. Their chocolates are normally quite nice. However, they must come up with something better in the new year to remind their customers why they were once loved.
