Twix is created by Mars Inc., and was first introduced in the United Kingdom in the year 1967. The chocolate cookie bar was originally called the Raider in many European countries prior to its finalized current name, Twix. It sounds much cuter than Raider, don't you think? This bar is a great alternative to some biscuits, and is quite a tasty cookie/chocolate delight, however way you would want to label it? The bar is not too gooey and overly runny, but has just enough oomph for a good consistency. All of the ingredients are distributed perfectly, one item is not overpowering the other. The cookie has a good texture with just the right amount of crunch. I do think though, that a tiny, tiny bit more chocolate could be added but then again, Twix is pretty tasty just the way it is. I truly enjoyed this cookie bar, and would definitely reach for more. As the name implies, it is just a regular cookie covered with chocolate, but at the same time, it is so much more. I am impressed and think that Twix could be a great addition to any afternoon tea. Just imagine dunking Twix in your coffee, what a pleasure that would be, and tons of yumminess. Who would have thought of such a great combination. Nicely done Mars Inc.

Affordable but still Savory
This blog page is dedicated to inexpensive chocolates that are continuously, to this day, enjoyed daily by many chocolate lovers out there. I still happily delve my taste buds into a good old-fashioned, so tasty, and yet simple Mr. Goodbar. To top it off, the cost allows for a much "Sweeter" satisfaction on your fuller wallet!
